Ryan "Ryry" Abiang
Join Ryry Abiang, two-time USPK National Freestyle Champion, for a workshop that dives deep into the art of flips, flow, and freestyle. Ryry will help athletes smooth out their lines, connect tricks with purpose, and develop a style that feels clean and confident. Whether you're aiming to compete or just want to level up your flow, this session is a must.

Megan McQueen
Megan McQueen, a three-time USPK National Champion in both skills and speed, is here to help you rethink how you approach competition. In this workshop, Megan will break down strategies for tackling skill challenges, linking movements, and building confidence under pressure. You’ll finish the session with a mock skill competition, giving you the chance to apply what you’ve learned in a supportive, real-world setting.

Rob Schihl
Rob Schihl, a World Chase Tag World Champion, brings his elite speed and course-running expertise to this high-energy workshop. Rob will teach athletes how to move faster with more control by focusing on clean lines, efficient footwork, and course strategy. Whether you're preparing for competition or just want to boost your speed skills, this session is built to help you move with purpose and precision.
2:00 pm - 3:30 pm

Joe Rizzo
Joe Rizzo, a former Sport Parkour League finalist—the world championships of parkour—will guide athletes through a powerful session focused on unlocking maximum strength, control, and competitive focus. You’ll learn how to generate more force in your jumps, vaults, and landings, and how to stay mentally sharp under pressure. This workshop is perfect for athletes looking to bring more power and presence into both their training and competition performances.
