Coaches work with kids one-on-one as they encounter their own personal challenges and apprehensions. We guide them through goal setting and teach them how to take the steps required to progress through and learn tricky new skills. Along the way the learn to look up to the coaches and develop strong friendships with the other kids in camp!
Obstacle Courses & Daily Challenges
Each day, our coaches teach a new set of movement skills and safety techniques. Then we take these new skills and put them in motion in custom obstacle courses and parkour games to help the kids master these skills in an immersive play-based setting!

Kids work together in daily team-building games and are shown the power of rooting for one another and celebrating the success of the group. Emerging from camp with some serious new friendships is a given!
Love For Play & Movement!
Because parkour is play-focused, kids build a life-long love for movement and develop a lasting relationship with themselves as an athlete. Kids truly get that if they put their mind to it, they can achieve any task with the proper practice and motivation.
What Campers Will Need
Bring a healthy snack each day to camp. We take a lunch break part way through the day. Campers should also bring a water bottle.
Attire: Sporty shoes and athletic clothing. Dress for the weather and for a ton of movement! Shorts and a T-shirt are great.
