Parkour Gym Coming to Albany, CA: Build Update (The Build Is DONE!)

We have some exciting news to share.
The Albany parkour gym is officially built. As of this writing, construction is finished.
If you're new here, here's the quick version. Freedom in Motion is building a brand new parkour gym in Albany, CA. We're located at 965 San Pablo Ave, just a few blocks north of Sprouts. We plan to open our doors in October 2026, and we can't wait.
If you've driven past the space lately, you've watched an empty commercial unit turn into a real gym. Now it's here and almost ready for you to visit.
The Build Is Finished: Parkour Gym Coming to Albany
The obstacles are in. The obstacle course is coming together. The bones of the East Bay's home for parkour are all in place.
Getting here took a lot of hands and hours. Seeing it done feels amazing. But done is not the same as finished...
What's Left Before We Open
Two things stand between us and opening day.
Paint. We're giving the whole gym a fresh coat so it looks as good as it feels.
Flooring. We're laying down the mats and surfaces that keep your kid safe while they train.
That's it. Once paint and flooring are done, the gym is ready for people.
Tours and Mini Classes Are Coming
Here's what happens next, and it's the fun part.
After the paint dries and the floor goes down, we start hosting gym tours and mini parkour classes. These are for our Founders Club families first, before we open to the public.
