We at Freedom in Motion are happy to share our fall schedule updates that we believe will enhance your experience with us and help us continue to provide the best possible training environment for all our students.

1. Class Schedule Updates
One of our top priorities is to ensure we offer a wide range of class options for our students while also keeping our dedicated coaches well-rested and energized to provide the best guidance. To achieve this, we’re making a small adjustment to our class schedule. Starting The week of Monday, October 16, a number of sessions have been repositioned & sessions will become 50 minutes long. This may seem like a big change, but there are many pros and cons with every new schedule change and ultimately we found the pros predominated this change.
What are the pros of this Change?
Easier Scheduling: You’ll notice on our visual schedule included in this email that the session starting and ending times are much simpler to follow. With almost all sessions starting on the hour, our hope is that these more intuitive sessions times make attending your weekly lessons even simpler to fit classes into your busy lives.
Consistent Coaching: The biggest incentive for our team is this change gives our coaches a more consistent routine with ten minutes of plan time before each class, allowing them to set up even more individualized amazing classes. This will further improve student learning and enjoyment.
Maintaining Quality: Losing 5 minutes at first seems diminishing, but rest assured, this reduction in class time will primarily affect the warm-up period. We'll be taking great effort to train all coaches on an updated more efficient routine that still hits all crucial joint mobilization and heart rate elevation, while kicking off the learning segments of class even sooner.
2. Changes to Open Gym and Age Ranges
In our continuous efforts to provide more opportunities for our members, we will also be making some adjustments to our open gym hours and class age ranges. These changes are aimed at broadening our offerings and accommodating a wider range of students.
We understand that any change, no matter how small, can affect individuals differently. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we want to hear from you!
